Synopsis: In My Mothers Story, Notsae shares childhood stories with her daughter Eunsung. She remembers her first love, who was called up for military service, the day electricity first came to her village, and her mother, who she misses so much. As her memories unfold, Notsae’s longing for her irreplaceable homeland deepens. Eunsung decides to illustrate her mother’s life in a comic book.
