Synopsis: Myung-ki, who was born with a congenital condition, hides an important secret from his girlfriend, Do. Dissatisfied with Myung-ki’s refusal to become intimately involved, Do decides to leave him. To try to win her back, Myung-ki decides to undergo surgery and begins treatment that aims to help him feel more comfortable in his own skin. However, his confusion increases when he discovers that Do is now in a relationship with a man named San. This inner turmoil leads Myung-ki to experience changes in his body, gradually transforming in unexpected and challenging ways.
